日本政府による緊急事態宣言延長の発表を受けて、東京都心部にて高級フードデリバリーサービスを提供するFood-e株式会社は、デリバリー注文を増やすことで、加盟レストランにこの困難な局面を乗り切って頂くべく、注文時にお客様がお支払いする配送料金を、半額にすることを決定いたしました。

5月10日（月）から、緊急事態宣言終了の予定日とされている5月31日（月）まで、Food-eは配送料を現行の1,000円から500円に引き下げます。この減額分は、レストランやドライバーではなく、Food-eが全額を負担します。

営業時間を20時までに制限され、アルコールの販売をする場合には休業が要請される中、高級レストランは生き残る為に必死です。Food-eでは、20時までデリバリー注文をすることができ、都心部のご自宅、オフィスといった、お客様の指定する場所にお料理を配達することができます。閉店時間やアルコールの制限を気にすることなく、お気に入りのワインと共に、悠々自適に高品質グルメを堪能することができます。

FOOD-E CUTS DELIVERY FEE IN HALF UNTIL END OF EMERGENCY DECLARATION TO HELP RESTAURANTS

TOKYO— In response to the Japanese government’s announcement extending the emergency declaration, Food-e K.K., Tokyo’s leading premium food delivery service, is cutting its consumer delivery fee in half to help drive more orders to its restaurant partners, helping them survive this difficult period.

Effective Monday, May 10, Food-e will lower its delivery fee from 1,000 yen to 500 yen through the end of the emergency declaration, currently scheduled until May 31. The company will bear the cost of this operation entirely without affecting the restaurants’ or its professional drivers’ earnings.

With restaurant hours limited until 8 pm and no alcohol sales allowed, premium restaurants are struggling to survive and Food-e allows customers to order up to 8 pm for delivery to their homes, offices or other locations of their choice in central Tokyo. They can combine gourmet delicacies from Food-e with their favorite bottle of wine and eat a leisurely meal without worrying about last-order time or alcohol restrictions.
