当社では、従業員とお客様そして消費者の皆様に対し、当社の強みでもある多様性をこれからも今一層力を入れて強化していく次第です。社内における意識を高めるため研修を行ったこと、また従業員一人一人を尊重する制度設計に更新することで、LGBTQI+の従業員にとって多様で包括的な職場を育成する取り組みを推進してきたことが評価され、今回の受賞に繋がりました。
